    I own the copyright to the Lunch Monkey and Lunch Monkey Creations name as well as all of the Lunch Monkey characters and Lunch Monkey Creation logos. I also own the AV logos and any of the works that I have created. I own the copyright for the design and content of my books and of the design and content of this website. All of the artwork found here, unless otherwise specified, is copyrighted by the publisher of Lunch Monkey Creations. 

Many of the images that I have created, or recreated if you like, are based on artwork that is in the public domain because of their age. My versions are clearly different from the originals in many ways and anyone can easily tell that my versions are clearly not the originals. I have painstakingly gone through and drew all of the artwork found here on my site and in my books. Along the way, I added things, fixed things, colored, tweaked, and worked to make them as best as I could. While some of the artwork seen here is a modern version of a much older piece of art. The older originals are in the public domain but my work is not.
